- Direct overall brand‑building activities within the assigned territory to maximize product sales, distribution, and profitability.
- Assist in covering routes as needed (swing position) and support additional coverage within the territory.
- Develop incremental sales, reorders, and introduction of new products into existing and new accounts.
- Support proper shelf‑management techniques and introduce brand‑marketing initiatives to build strong relationships.
- Report to a Borough Manager.
- Ensure accurate fulfillment of customer accounts to maximize sales and distribution of all brands.
- Manage and coordinate merchandising efforts within the sales area.
- Utilize promotional programs (monthly, seasonal, chain calendar) for optimal utilization.
- Maintain and develop targeted non‑buying account lists by customer and brand to secure new business.
- Follow Big Geyser core brand strategy and maintain proper shelf‑management for all authorized items.
- Maintain proper compliance with refrigeration, POS, glides, and stickers.
- Communicate as needed with the Borough Manager regarding issues, success stories, and opportunities.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Knowledge of the beverage and food industry.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, decision‑making skills, and organizational skills with follow‑up procedures.
- Positive, professional manner with a clean, professional appearance and brand‑identified apparel.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, holidays, and weekends if required.
