About the role

Criteo is launching Criteo GO, a self‑serve, full‑funnel advertising platform designed to help small and mid‑sized businesses drive growth through easy‑to‑activate, performance‑driven campaigns.

As part of this launch, we are building a team of SMB Growth Representatives (Activation & Inbound Sales) to support a high‑volume, sales‑assisted motion that complements the self‑service experience.

In this role, you will focus on converting inbound and high‑intent prospects into active advertisers by guiding them through onboarding, campaign launch, and early success. You will play a critical role in helping new customers achieve time‑to‑value fast while reinforcing a scalable, product‑led approach.

This is a high‑impact, entry to mid‑level role designed for individuals who are excited to develop core sales and customer engagement skills in a fast‑paced, metric‑driven environment.

Who You Are:
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or similar client‑facing roles
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of leads and customer interactions
  • Strong communication skills across phone, video, and email
  • Highly organized, with the ability to follow structured processes and prioritize effectively
  • Interested in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS platforms
  • Data‑oriented and comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Coachable, proactive, and motivated to grow within a sales organization
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Nice to have
  • Exposure to digital marketing, e‑commerce, or AdTech environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience in SMB or high‑velocity sales environments
