Senior Sales Development Representative (Sr. SDR) at Firm Pilot

We are rapidly scaling to meet the increasing demand for our platform. () Firm Pilot combines millions of legal data points with AI automations, so law firm runs faster, more targeted marketing to accelerate growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SDR with B2B cold calling experience.
Sr.SDR Compensation Details
- On Target Earnings: $120,000
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000
- Commission: $40,000 - $45,000
- Compensation Structure: Paid for Completed Conversations and Qualified Opportunities
- Additional Bonuses: Ongoing monthly performance incentives ($500+ per month)
In-person role based in our New York City office, 5 days per week in office.

This is a cold calling heavy role. Expect to spend 5-6 hours calling per day.
- Cold calling
- Situational awareness on a cold call
- Excellent verbal communication (over the phone).
- Loves to be coached, beginner mindset with pro-level skills
- Ability to absorb product messaging and translate it into conversations.
- Cold calling confidence
- Outbound cold calling experience of at least 1 year
- Can pivot as needed with new messaging/targeting
- Eager to improve and open to coaching
- Outbound B2B Cold Calling: gets it, wants it, can do it.
- Willing to be in office 5 days a week
- Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or at least two years of work experience
- Will not require citizen sponsorship
- Fits into our salary, commission and OTE range.
