Compensation: 20% Straight Commission (Uncapped / High Residual Earning Potential)
About the RoleAre you an experienced janitorial sales professional who loves the thrill of the hunt and wants to get paid what you are truly worth? At OneA Cleaning & Maintenance Services, we are seeking a dynamic, results‑driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company—prospecting B2B clients, resolving customer questions, and offering customized commercial cleaning solutions to drive revenue.
Because we offer a 20% straight commission on high‑value, recurring commercial contracts, your earning potential is completely uncapped. You bring in the contracts, and our top‑tier cleaning crew handles the rest.
- Drive New Business:
Present and sell commercial and residential cleaning services to new B2B customers (offices, medical facilities, schools, etc.). - Prospect & Hunt:
Actively prospect, cold call, and contact potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline. - Conduct Site Walkthroughs:
Meet with prospects on‑site, assess facility needs, and create tailored sales materials/proposals to present to clients. - Hit Targets:
Meet or exceed agreed‑upon sales targets by established deadlines. - Build Relationships:
Set follow‑up appointments, resolve customer inquiries/complaints, and keep clients updated on our latest service developments to ensure long‑term retention.
- Industry
Experience:
Proven sales experience specifically within commercial cleaning, janitorial services, or facility management is highly preferred. - Deal Closer:
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of building instant rapport with business owners and property managers. - Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with CRM platforms to track your pipeline and manage leads. - Self‑Motivated:
Deadline and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage your own daily schedule autonomously. - Reliable Transportation:
Must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle for daily field sales and client visits.
