Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to drive sales growth by identifying, engaging, and opening new accounts, while building strong relationships with prospective customers. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for beverages, an entrepreneurial mindset, and proven success in business development or sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Account Acquisition:
  • Identify potential customers, including restaurants, bars, and retailers.
  • Develop and execute strategies to open new accounts, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.
  • Present the product portfolio and value proposition to potential clients, tailoring the approach to their specific needs.
  • Overcome objections and close sales with new accounts.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, fostering enthusiasm for the company’s products.
  • Track all sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies for account acquisition and growth.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, ideally within the beverage, food, or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to pitch effectively to buyers.
  • Knowledge of the beverage industry, including distribution channels and market dynamics, is highly preferred.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
