We are currently seeking a Speciality Seller IV to join our team in New York, New York (US-NY) as a BFS Alliance Sales Executive.

Role OverviewThis high‑impact role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities across top‑tier accounts, with a strong emphasis on alliance‑based selling in collaboration with leading hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Cisco). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working as an alliance seller within the BFS vertical, leveraging strategic partnerships to deliver innovative, outcome‑based solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth within the Banking and Financial Services vertical, meeting or exceeding targets for Total Contract Value (TCV), In‑Year Revenue, and Gross Margin.
- Act as a strategic alliance seller, collaborating with hyperscalers to co‑develop and co‑sell joint solutions tailored to the needs of top BFS accounts.
- Lead the sales of AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI solutions, aligning emerging technologies with client business goals and transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Client Executives, Consulting Leads, and Solution Architects to shape and execute go‑to‑market strategies across the NTT DATA portfolio.
- Serve as the Deal Pursuit Lead, managing executive‑level communications with client sponsors and NTT DATA leadership.
- Leverage marketing and lead generation resources to create targeted campaigns that drive demand and pipeline growth.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and client needs to position NTT DATA as a trusted advisor.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales quotas in TCV, Revenue, or Gross Margin.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT services, consulting, managed services.
- At least 7 years in a Sales or new business development role, with 5+ years selling into Banking and Financial Services organizations.
- Demonstrated success in alliance‑based selling, particularly in collaboration with hyperscalers (Microsoft, AWS, Azure, GCP, Cisco) to drive joint go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Proven track record of exceeding annual sales quotas of $15M+ TCV.
- Deep domain expertise in Banking/Financial Services, with experience selling consulting and IT solutions in this space.
- Proven experience selling AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $138,000 - $290,999, reflecting the minimum and maximum target compensation across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
