In‑Home Sales & Tech Support (Part Time)

We are looking for a local, in‑home field sales representative to provide customer service and tech support during our busiest hours. This is an entry‑level role ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

Part‑time role with afternoon and evening availability. Standard 5‑day schedule: 4:05PM–9:00PM with end time may vary based on customer needs. A flexible 4+ day schedule may also be available. Under this option you must provide 25 hours of availability per week across at least 4 days, with at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts are scheduled between 12:05PM and 9:00PM.

• Meet customers in‑home or on‑site, providing exceptional service.
• Use the Serve, Solve, Sell™ model to diagnose and resolve tech issues.
• Identify customer needs and present tailored product solutions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and complete required documentation.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• Personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) and personal cellphone.
• Must be able to travel up to 120 miles one‑way.
• Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Strong, adaptable, goal‑oriented communication skills and a passion for learning.
• Outgoing and comfortable with human interaction.

• Base hourly rate of $26.80 guaranteed for all hours worked.
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement based on IRS guidelines paid weekly.
• $35 phone stipend paid monthly.
• Three weeks of paid training.
