What You’ll Do
- Sell Yardi solutions and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory.
- Execute full sales cycles—from lead generation and discovery to closing—while consistently meeting individual and annual sales goals.
- Participate in industry events, prepare performance reports, and continuously grow your knowledge of Yardi products and market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Three plus (3+) years of successful sales experience in the technology or software industry.
- Solid understanding of sales cycle management principles, including lead generation, discovery and qualification, pricing, packaging and positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closure.
- Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track and manage prospect and client activity.
- Goal oriented and self‑motivated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
- Proactive with strong problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to build relationships and interface with decision makers at mid‑sized companies.
- Excellent presentation and demonstration skills.
- Ability to understand and demonstrate technical products.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- High responsiveness with client‑centered commitment and focus.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
- Industry experience in property management.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.

Compensation$81,000 - $90,000 base salary + commission target
