Outbound Telephone Sales Job Duties
- Communicate via outbound phone calls, as well as email.
- Follow approved scripts on outbound calls to ensure proper expectations have been set.
- Use provided rebuttals to overcome objections and close sales.
- Recommend and suggest products to achieve daily sales goals.
- Address customer questions and concerns regarding their order while also managing account information.
- Process orders while communicating all essential customer account information.
