Sweet Robo

Sweet Robo is a leading entertainment robotics company that designs, installs, and operates automated vending experiences in high-traffic venues across the United States. We are seeking a candidate to help further develop our B2C revenue stream.

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000–$120,000+

Location:

In-Person (New York / New Jersey Area) Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and company channels.
  • Qualify prospective customers through discovery conversations to determine fit, budget, timeline, and level of interest.
  • Schedule meetings and seamlessly transition qualified opportunities to Account Executives for further consultation and closing.
  • Maintain accurate records of lead activity, communications, and qualification notes within the CRM.
  • Build and nurture relationships with existing customers, serving as a primary point of contact for ongoing support and account needs.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction, identify expansion opportunities, and strengthen long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and customer retention.
  • Act as the voice of the customer by communicating feedback, market insights, and recurring concerns to internal teams.
