About the Role

Besty AI is looking for ambitious, driven Sales Development Representatives who are excited to join a fast-growing startup and play a meaningful role in its growth.

As one of our first SDRs, you will work closely with our Head of Sales, Edward Shorter, helping generate new business opportunities, shape our sales process, and build the foundation of our sales team. You will have the chance to make a real impact while gaining hands‑on experience in a high‑growth environment.

This role is built for people who want to move fast and grow into closing roles. You will be exposed to the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, live sales conversations, demos, and closed deals. High performers will be given increasing responsibility over time, including direct involvement in closing opportunities, with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive.

This is a strong fit for recent graduates and early‑career candidates with internship experience who are looking to accelerate their growth in tech sales. We are looking for someone who is curious, hardworking, competitive, and eager to learn. If you are excited by the idea of building something from the ground up, taking ownership early in your career, and earning the opportunity to close deals and grow quickly into an Account Executive role, we would love to meet you.

What You’ll Bring
  • A strong interest in building a career in sales, with the ambition to grow into an Account Executive role
  • Internship, part‑time, or other professional experience in a business, startup, or customer‑facing setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging new people and building relationships
  • The ability to adapt, stay organized, and perform in a fast‑paced startup environment
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Experience in the short‑term rental or hospitality industry is a bonus, but not required
