Summary
The Digital Private Client Specialist elevates the digital client experience and drives high-value sales through personalized omnichannel engagement, including virtual and in-person appointments. The role manages a curated portfolio of high-net-worth clients, leverages digital tools and CRM to convert inbound and outbound interactions, and partners with merchandising, logistics and retail teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and clienteling. The specialist will mentor advisors on advanced digital clienteling and contribute to tool and workflow improvements.
Responsibilities- Develop, manage, and expand a curated portfolio of high-net-worth clients through strategic outreach and exclusive engagement.
- Conduct virtual and in-person appointments, video consultations, secure messaging and live chat to drive sales and client loyalty.
- Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs, converting high-level inbound and outbound interactions into revenue.
- Maintain detailed CRM records and client profiles to inform targeted campaigns and personalized outreach.
- Collaborate with merchandising, logistics, marketing and client services to ensure cohesive omnichannel fulfillment and client experience.
- Propose and implement enhancements to digital clienteling tools, platforms, and operational workflows.
- Provide training and mentorship to client service advisors on advanced remote selling and digital clienteling best practices.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury fashion retail with strong emphasis on high-value digital sales and client relations.
- Proven success developing and maintaining a high-net-worth client book with demonstrable sales performance.
- Advanced digital fluency with social media clienteling, e-commerce platforms, virtual selling tools, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, organizational skills, and impeccable luxury etiquette; ability to work evenings, weekends and travel as required.
- Business school or university degree, or equivalent experience.
