Pets Vivo is seeking a high-performing Account Executive with 5–7 years of experience selling into NYC real estate, property management, or building operations. This is a rare opportunity to join a category-defining company at the forefront of pet-friendly Prop Tech.
As an AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with property management companies, asset owners, and building operators. You’ll be instrumental in driving adoption across New York’s Class A/B rental properties, directly impacting occupancy rates and building satisfaction while unlocking new revenue streams for clients.

Tasks- Meet and exceed annual bookings targets across your territory and assigned accounts
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiations, and close
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across NYC property management firms and building owners
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Partnerships, Client Success, and Product to deliver value and ensure adoption
- Drive long-term growth through account expansions, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with property executives, building managers, and asset owners
- Represent Pets Vivo at NYC industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
- Provide market feedback to inform go-to-market strategy, pricing, and product roadmap
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience with a strong track record in real estate, Prop Tech, or building services
- Proven success closing mid-to-enterprise accounts in NYC’s property market
- Deep knowledge of the multi-family real estate ecosystem (Class A/B, 30+ unit buildings)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfortable selling to both C-suite and on-site management
- Experience with SaaS, workflow, or compliance solutions preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in an early-stage, high-growth environment
- High EQ with strong relationship-building skills across diverse stakeholders
- Fluent in tech stack, AI, CRM tools (we use Hubspot), pipeline management, and structured sales processes
