In this role, you’ll drive new business, shape client success and own outcomes that increase revenue, improve operations, and create long‑term value. You will lead the full sales cycle, influence decision‑making and bring the power of Genius® and other Global Payment solutions to life for businesses across your market.
What you’ll own- Drive new business growth by creating opportunities through field outreach, digital engagement and local networking
- Own the full sales cycle, turning conversations into revenue and delivering consistent results in your territory
- Build trusted relationships with business owners, positioning yourself as a go‑to advisor who understands their goals
- Deliver compelling, value‑driven presentations that show how Genius® and other Global Payment solutions improve operations, increase loyalty and fuel growth
- Shape your territory strategy using market insights, strengthening your pipeline and accelerating deal momentum
- Expand Global Payments’ impact by introducing innovative solutions that help businesses operate smarter and grow faster
- Strengthen long‑term client value by identifying opportunities to expand solutions and deepen relationships
- Spend up to 75% of your time in the field, creating meaningful, face‑to‑face connections that drive results
- At least one year of success in B2B or business‑to‑consumer outside sales, with a track record of delivering results
- Strong ability to communicate, present and negotiate, both in person and virtually
- A proven ability to upsell and cross‑sell existing merchants on new features, software add‑ons, and hardware upgrades.
- Experience working with the restaurant, retail and/or service industries is a plus.
- Two full years of B2B Outside Sales experience, preferably in fintech, merchant services or SaaS.

- Base Salary pay is $40,000 per year.
- Residual Income:
Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build. - Annual On‑Target Earnings (OTE): $90k-150k plus
- Your total compensation will depend on your skills, performance, and territory.
