Location: New York
Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Executive Merchant Regional to join our Merchant Services team and help shape the future of global commerce. A successful candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and reside in the NYC area.
Responsibilities- Drive new business growth and boost profitability in existing accounts by spotting high-impact opportunities through market and client insight.
- Serve as the strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C- suite executives.
- Build and energize a strong referral network and execute a proactive outreach strategy to consistently generate sales momentum.
- Build and manage pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads.
- Partner with sales teams to expand existing customer relationships.
- Deliver persuasive, value-driven presentations that clearly demonstrate how our solutions meet client needs.
- Travel within a designated geographical territory to prospect, build relationships, and sign up new local businesses.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of sales experience, with an emphasis on solution selling, small businesses and merchants.
- Track record of proven success exceeding sales targets with a data-driven, results-focused mindset.
- Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and territory development skills.
- Experience in managing client relationships in partnership with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
- Ability to quickly grasp technology fundamentals and apply them to real-world business needs.
- Open to feedback and committed to personal accountability and growth.
- Creatively resolve client issues with practical problem solving and sound decision-making.
- Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Background in SAAS or payments is a plus.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a bonus.
Estimated annual salary range: $48,200.00–$71,675.00, with commission potential. Salary is determined by experience, skills, and education.
