Job type:
Full-Time
- Assist sales team to effectively manage accounts
- Track and manage all email correspondence, calendar, travel plans, schedule meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Monitor competitive product offerings, prepare buying deals, build projected/upfront orders
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of all internal systems to respond to general and specialized client requests; including billing inquiries, ship status, product specifications, relevancy issues etc…
- Responsible for special projects as assigned
- Collaborate with production with weekly follow up on the status of orders
- Compile sales report documents in preparation for meetings, pull samples if needed, take notes, compose recaps and follow ups
- Generate customized report documents around Sales Activities, Industry Research and Client and/or Territory Data when solicited
- Provide follow up and tracking on sales activities when needed
- Exhibit exceptional teamwork and deliver superior customer service
- Produce and boost sales with prime off-price accounts
- Strong computer skills; including advanced excel knowledge, PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Desired qualities- ability to adapt quickly and wear multiple hats when needed; effective prioritizing; extremely organized; and detail oriented
- Bachelor’s Degree highly recommended
- 3-5 years related experience
- Wholesale Experience
- AMT experience (not required but a plus)
- Microsoft Excel, Power Point
Salary:
Competitive Salary, Commensurate with Experience
