About us:

Social Links is a global OSINT and digital investigation platform headquartered in the US. Our products help law enforcement, government agencies, and enterprise security teams turn open-source data — across social media, blockchain, and the darknet — into actionable intelligence.

We work with over 500 clients in 105 countries, including half of the law enforcement agencies inside the European Union and a number of S&P 500 companies.

We are growing roughly 30% year-over-year, and entering a new chapter: scaling our B2B footprint alongside our existing B2G core, and bringing a new product line to market.

Why this role exists:

We have product-market fit, paying customers, and a working sales team across three regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC). What we do not yet have is a unified sales system — and that is exactly what we are building right now.

Your role is to operationalize that system, execute it consistently and at scale, and own the global revenue outcome. You will report directly to the CEO and lead three Regional VPs of Sales.

What you will own:
  • Global sales execution: forecast, pipeline, conversion, and revenue across three regions.
  • Direct management of three Regional VPs of Sales (Americas, EMEA, APAC) and oversight of the partner channel.
  • A personal book of strategic accounts — you will close large deals yourself, not just review pipeline.
  • Translation of corporate strategy into specific regional plays.
  • The bridge between Sales and Marketing/Product. You create alignment proactively across functions.
  • Coaching and developing the team — strengthening excellence in discovery, qualification, and closing.
What we are looking for:
  • A track record of scaling B2B/B2G revenue in the $5M to $50M ARR range.
  • A hands‑on operating style — you close large deals personally and stay close to the customer.
  • Decisive under incomplete information — you make informed decisions and adapt quickly without waiting for complete certainty.
  • Analytical fluency — you read pipeline and forecast for what is actually happening, not just for totals.
  • Cross‑cultural leadership experience — you understand teams and customers across regions, and you have led distributed international sales teams before.
  • Excellent command of English.
Strong plus:
  • Industry background in information security, digital forensics, OSINT, identity, trust & safety, or law enforcement technology.
  • Experience taking a company through a similar scale‑up phase from roughly $5M to $50M in revenue.
  • Based on the US East Coast or in EMEA.
