Williams Auto Group is looking for a motivated and customer‑focused Internet Salesperson Consultant to join our growing Dealership team. This automotive sales consultant position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and is passionate about car sales and customer service.

As part of our Automotive team, you will assist customers through online inquiries, phone calls, email communication, and in‑person interactions while helping guide them through the vehicle purchasing process. Our dealership is committed to providing an outstanding customer experience while building long‑term relationships within the community.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to internet and phone sales inquiries
  • Assist customers with vehicle information, pricing, and availability
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate vehicle demonstrations
  • Maintain customer follow‑up and CRM database activity
  • Work closely with the Sales team and management to meet goals
  • Stay current on automotive products, promotions, and financing options
  • Support dealership marketing and online lead generation efforts
  • Deliver professional customer service throughout the car sales process
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Sales experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate
  • Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • State sales license preferred or ability to obtain one
