Sales Consultant – Immigration Law Firm

New York, NY | In-Office / Hybrid

Full-Time | Base + Commission | Growth-Oriented Role

We’re hiring a Sales Consultant to join a high-performing immigration law firm with a national reputation and a proven inbound sales system.

This is not cold calling and not a call-center role.

You’ll work with warm, inbound prospects who have already raised their hand for help.

Your role is to consult with potential clients, assess fit, and enroll them into paid immigration consultations
. Those consultations are then handled by senior attorneys and closers who guide clients into ongoing legal representation.

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in consultative sales and wants long-term growth inside a professional services environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Consult with inbound immigration prospects and sell them into paid legal consultations
  • Ask high-quality questions and create clarity around next steps
  • Manage a clean, organized pipeline with consistent follow-up
  • Collaborate closely with senior closers, attorneys, and leadership

  • Have experience selling consultations or booking qualified appointments (legal, financial, healthcare, or professional services preferred)
  • Can confidently navigate emotionally sensitive conversations
  • Communicate with maturity, empathy, and professionalism
