Role IntroductionThis role is designed for a commercially driven Account Executive who can turn strong product interest and account usage into meaningful enterprise revenue. Sitting at the intersection of sales, market insight, and technical storytelling, the position focuses on building pipeline, leading complex conversations, and helping shape how the business grows within priority financial hubs and crypto-native markets.
What You’ll Do- Own a €500k+ ARR revenue target in year one.
- Convert high-usage accounts and inbound interest into closed deals.
- Build and manage a data-driven outbound pipeline.
- Lead enterprise sales conversations end-to-end within a structured CRM process.
- Analyze funnel performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
- Share market insights with Product and Leadership to help shape the enterprise narrative.
- Drive geo-focused growth by representing the business at key conferences and building pipeline in priority financial hubs such as NYC, London, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally within technical environments.
- Deep crypto literacy, especially across Ethereum and the EVM ecosystem.
- Understanding of treasury operations, protocol mechanics, or smart account architecture.
- High self‑direction and the ability to operate effectively without a fully built playbook.
- Structured thinking and an analytical approach to funnel management.
- Professional communication skills across video calls, Telegram, Slack, email, in-person meetings, and conferences.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience selling into crypto‑native teams.
- An existing personal network within the Ethereum ecosystem.
- Exposure to compliance, treasury tooling, or infrastructure platforms.
- Experience in early‑stage or scale‑up revenue build environments.
