Job Overview
This role supports retail operations by engaging customers and facilitating their technology and service needs in a fast‑paced environment. The position requires proficiency in customer service and sales, consistent use of digital tools to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Success is measured by complete training and a seamless customer experience that enhances loyalty.
Job Responsibilities- Develop proficiency in customer service and sales to deliver personalized technology and service solutions that meet customer needs.
- Utilize digital tools consistently to demonstrate network coverage and service benefits during customer interactions.
- Complete required training to build knowledge of products, services, systems, and processes for effective customer support.
- Engage customers by exploring their needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of technology and accessories.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).
Skills and Abilities
- Passionate customer advocate who enjoys connecting and having fun while working.
- Competitive drive and proven success in a fast‑paced sales environment.
- Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals.
- Fluent in English and Bengali.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Hourly Base Pay: $21.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay. After training, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year based on performance.
