Chapter Aesthetic Studio is seeking a Regional Business Manager (RBM) in New York. This role is critical for driving sales performance and revenue across 5-7 studios in the region. The RBM will take ownership of regional revenue performance, aiming for sustained growth and improved productivity, while coaching studio leaders to excel in their roles.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of multi-unit sales leadership experience, preferably in the aesthetics or service industries, and strong consultative selling skills. A performance-driven culture and emphasis on guest experience are central to this role.
