Your Impact

This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to build something that matters. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle for large healthcare organizations, driving new revenue by prospecting, closing, and expanding enterprise relationships. You’ll be the strategic quarterback for each account, aligning Verse Medical’s solutions to complex hospital needs while unlocking long‑term growth.

What You’ll Achieve

Within your first year, you will:

  • Identify and target leadership roles at healthcare organizations as prospective clients while acting as a full‑cycle Account Executive, responsible for prospecting leads and managing the entire sales process through to deal closure.
  • Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of our healthcare technology solutions to prospective clients.
  • Onboard and manage multiple hospital departments per client as their main point of contact to drive growth and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities in the healthcare technology sector.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, particularly in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations, preferably at the leadership level.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results‑driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The Rewards & Reality
  • Meaningful Compensation: $150,000 – $225,000 OTE, with a competitive base salary and uncapped performance upside tied directly to impact and growth.

Work Environment & Location

This role is based in our New York City office in Chelsea. We have a hybrid model, with a requirement of 4 days per week in the office to foster collaboration and innovation.
