Key Responsibilities
  • Working closely with the Content Lead and Sales Managers, you will help to devise and execute the go-to-market plan for your dedicated events.
  • Generating new business through research using our extensive sister products, client communication and follow-up.
  • Selling sponsorship for allocated events.
  • Learning more about the brand through reading our news services in order to offer tailored products to both new and existing clients.
  • Developing and maintaining contact with potential clients via email, telephone communication and face-to-face meetings.
  • Creating and implementing a sales plan for products to meet sales targets.
  • P pitching to clients and leads in a bespoke manner, ensuring that you always provide a high level of customer service.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, in particular a highly professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Motivated individual able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience of using a CRM system – preference for Salesforce.
  • Previous experience selling within the legal or professional services market is desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work towards targets and deadlines and devise a personal strategy to exceed them.
