Location: New York
What you'll do
- Hunt and close new accounts in your assigned territory
- Expand ARR contracts with existing customers as part of total quota
- Exceed quarterly sales targets
- Generate short‑term results while maintaining a long‑term perspective to improve overall revenue generation
- Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles
- Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals
- Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Partner with Presales & Solutions Engineering to ensure high satisfaction among your clients
- You have 5+ years of enterprise sales experience selling to VP and C‑level executives
- You have a background in HR tech or a data solution
- You have a proven track record of success selling into enterprise and large enterprise companies
- You have early‑stage company experience
- You're able to consistently deliver on 6+ figure deals
- You're a validated quota achiever (top 10% in your company) with strong customer reference, proven by repeat sales
- You have team selling experience
- You have strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bonus

- Fair & competitive salary: $175k base salary, $350k OTE (uncapped with accelerators) + equity
