Location: New York

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead (SMB) based in New York City. You will report to the Associate Director of Sales–North America.

The role

You will be responsible for managing and coaching a fast‑growing team of full-cycle sales reps to acquire new food merchants onto our platform in the US. Our sales reps are inside sellers and the majority of outreach is done over the phone.

Builds dynamic, high‑performing teams
  • Experienced sales manager (1+ years) who has led teams to exceed targets.
  • Expert at coaching cold calls and supporting BDRs/AEs with building their selling skills.
  • Embodies our company’s values to coach and develop talent.
  • Delivers clear expectations, leads by example, and actively listens.
  • Is not afraid to have tough performance and behavior conversations.
Is a proven high‑volume, fast‑paced seller themself
  • Record of achieving and/or exceeding targets in SMB full cycle sales.
  • Expert in pipeline management and general sales processes.
  • Leverages data to make decisions and improve sales conversion.
  • Is an expert in value and solutions selling.
  • Forecasts ambitiously and accurately.

A reasonable estimate for the base salary range of this role is $85,000–$95,000 plus a 25 % bonus. Actual salaries may vary and this range is not inclusive of additional compensation such as bonus or commission structures.
