Senior Sales Manager, Digital Native Named; East

The Digital Native Named Segment at Cloudflare focuses on acquiring and expanding Digital Native accounts in North America at the intersection of technology and growth startups.

• Lead and grow the SF Bay Area region, building a go-to-market strategy and managing a sales team.
• Plan and execute regional sales strategies, including customer service and operational execution.
• Partner with clients, partners and field reps to sell and close deals.
• Serve as the local point of contact for all operational concerns, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
• Oversee hiring and team development for the SF DNN team.
• Collaborate with regional and global leaders to design and execute management programs.
• Set and meet business cadences – forecast calls, deal reviews, account reviews, and team meetings.
• Represent Cloudflare at external conferences, media, and PR events.

• 5+ years of direct B2B selling experience, selling to large enterprise accounts.
• 3+ years of direct sales management experience leading an Enterprise field sales team.
• Experience mentoring and leading teams with value selling to C‑suite and executive technical buyers in longer, complex Enterprise sales cycles.
• Deep understanding of IaaS, computer networking, Network Security Services, AI and/or developer platform tools.
• Strong leadership, presentation, interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced dynamic environment.

For NYC based hires:
Estimated annual salary of $338,000 – $446,000. This role is eligible to earn incentive compensation under Cloudflare’s Sales Compensation Plan and may include equity.

This role is eligible to participate in Cloudflare’s equity plan.
