Engage customers with warmth and expertise by acknowledging them promptly, assessing their preferences, demonstrating fragrances, and offering tailored product recommendations that enhance their experience.;
Demonstrate and sell a wide range of fragrances and related beauty products, while educating customers on notes, layering techniques, and usage.;
Maintain a polished and efficient environment through accurate merchandising, inventory upkeep, hygiene and compliance standards, and the effective use of point-of-sale and mobile selling technology.;
Drive sales and loyalty by using clientele tools to build lasting relationships, promote new launches and events, and collaborate across the Beauty team to ensure customers discover the full range of products and services.;
Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service.
