We help pest control and HVAC owners — and other home services businesses such as plumbing, electrical, and roofing — get off the lead-cost treadmill and build brands that customers ask for by name, that techs line up to work for, and that command a premium the day the owner decides to sell.

We collaborate with nationally known brands and ambitious start-ups alike, and we are now scaling our revenue engine from the ground up.

This is a founding-era sales seat. You will work closely with our Founder & CEO and our Chief Revenue Officer (two distinct leaders) to win the home services market and help take the company to its next stage of growth.

The Opportunity

We are hiring an Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for our marketing and brand services within the home services industry. To start, you will focus on two priority verticals — pest control and HVAC — before expanding into plumbing, electrical, roofing, and other adjacent trades. You will prospect, run discovery, deliver compelling presentations, and close net-new accounts with owners and operators across the country.

This is a true hunter role for a consultative seller who understands marketing, can speak credibly to business owners about brand and growth, and has the discipline to build and work a pipeline. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and the Chief Revenue Officer, represent E10K at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events, and help refine our message, pricing, and go-to-market as we scale.

What

You’ll Do
  • Own the full cycle: Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close for E10K’s marketing and brand services.
  • Generate pipeline: Build and maintain a healthy, self-sourced pipeline of home services owners and operators — starting with pest control and HVAC, then expanding to plumbing, electrical, roofing, and adjacent trades — through outbound prospecting, referrals, and event networking.
  • Run consultative discovery: Lead consultative discovery conversations that uncover each owner’s growth goals, lead-cost pain, brand gaps, and operational constraints, then translate them into a tailored E10K solution.
  • Present and persuade: Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that articulate the difference between commodity marketing and a compounding brand, and that tie our services to the client’s revenue outcomes.
  • Hit your number: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly new-business revenue targets with a solution-based, value-first approach.
  • Travel and represent: Represent E10K in person at client meetings, trade shows, conferences, and industry events nationwide, serving as a credible face of the brand.
  • Keep clean data: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all activity, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM, and deliver a reliable weekly forecast to the CRO.
  • Shape go-to-market: Partner directly with the Founder & CEO and the Chief Revenue Officer to sharpen messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, and feed market intelligence back into the business.
  • Set up the win: Ensure a smooth handoff to delivery and account management so every new client starts the relationship with confidence.
What Success Looks Like
  • First 30 days: Completed onboarding, mastered the E10K story and service offerings, and begun self-sourcing qualified opportunities.
