Overview

We are currently hiring Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, delivering great service, and driving results through customer interactions.

In this position, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending products and services that provide real value. You’ll play a key role in both customer experience and revenue generation, making this a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a career in sales.

Candidates with backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurants, or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with customers to provide excellent service and a positive experience
  • Identify customer needs and recommend relevant products, services, and promotions
  • Drive sales by confidently guiding customers through options and closing transactions
  • Educate customers on product benefits and current offers

    Handle objections and resolve concerns while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach
  • Process purchases, sign-ups, or service activations accurately
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all products, services, and promotions
  • Track customer interactions and sales performance
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals
