Outside Sales Representative (Commercial Power)
Sunbelt Rentals seeks an Outside Sales Representative to generate profitable sales from the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment, including large generators, air compressors, temperature control units and desiccant dehumidifiers, targeting the commercial market segment.
Primary Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the commercial segment.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet revenue targets.
- Coordinate project management activities for equipment delivery and service.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reporting to management.
- B2B direct sales and/or project management experience in the equipment industry.
- Strong knowledge of power generation and testing equipment preferred.
- Proven new business development and customer retention skills.
- Ability to travel locally, work indoors/outdoors, and handle physical demands (bending, squatting, lifting 25 lbs.).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Base pay range: $40,000 - $67,761.00. Total compensation includes base, company vehicle, and commission structure.
