Compensation

Base Pay Range: $71,196 – $88,842
Target Annual Commission: $26,400
Additional compensation may include bonus or profit sharing, depending on qualification, experience, and location.

Opportunity

As a Nissan/Infiniti Outside Account Manager, you will act as a strategic advisor to a portfolio of dealerships. The role requires high energy, accountability, and a strong focus on sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals across all product lines.
  • Assist dealers in maximizing financial opportunity through customized action plans.
  • Coach and train service advisors to improve retail strategies and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other stakeholders to set competitive pricing, inventory levels, and product screens.
  • Maintain a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers.
  • Track all activity and account information in Salesforce.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and share best practices across the dealer network.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience selling with territory management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow‑up skills.
  • Full understanding of the sales process, including business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory, and the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Strong customer‑relationship skills and ability to sell at the top end.
  • Resident within the assigned territory.
Physical

Job Requirements
  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • Frequent bending, crouching, and twisting.
  • Extensive driving and traveling to customer accounts (up to 80%).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Must meet the Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy requirements.
