Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in New York, United States. The Sales Representative will manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale and distribution accounts, focusing on premium and niche fragrance brands. Daily responsibilities include prospecting new business opportunities, conducting outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings, and presenting product assortments and pricing tailored to customer needs. The role involves preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment, and tracking sales activity in the CRM system.

The Sales Representative will monitor market trends, gather customer feedback, support merchandising and promotional initiatives, and work closely with internal teams to achieve revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Customer relationship management skills, including account management, follow-up, and consultative selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with clear, professional presentation abilities.
  • Solid organizational and time‑management skills, including managing pipelines, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Comfort with basic technology tools, such as CRM systems, spreadsheets, email platforms, and virtual meeting tools.
  • Knowledge of or interest in the fragrance, beauty, or luxury goods sector is highly beneficial.
  • Ability to work on‑site in New York, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, wholesale distribution, or account management is strongly preferred.
