Job Summary
Responsible for providing subject matter expertise on the design and implementation of complex data network and voice solutions for business class customers. Works as a collaborative member of the sales team to market and sell the Company’s product lines. Provides insight to customers on current network solutions. Works closely with account executives on presentations and the technical design of new sales.
Has in‑depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Provide timely technical support and problem resolution for field service questions.
- Support the sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects.
- Conduct needs analyses for the Company and its customers, producing strategic, cost‑effective solutions.
- Act as the subject‑matter expert on Business Class products.
- Design solutions for the customer that meet their business applications and ensure protected circuit design, disaster recovery, and appropriate bandwidth for future growth.
- Translate complex technical design requirements into clear information for customers.
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Maintain regular, punctual attendance and work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Base pay range: $92,351.15 – $. Targeted commission: $28,000.00. Eligibility for additional commission and bonus per sales compensation program.
Primary LocationNew York (state), United States – Pay range may adjust to $87,953.48 – $.
EducationBachelor’s degree preferred (Bachelor’s degree considered); other combinations of coursework and experience may be considered.
CertificationsRelevant work experience: 5–7years. Certifications (if applicable) may be considered.
