Job Profile
  • Lead, drive, and grow sales in the Banking, Wealth & Asset Management, and Insurance verticals.
  • Manage a growing sales organization, including Regional Vice Presidents and Account Executives, to facilitate complex financial services transactions.
  • Execute an aggressive customer acquisition strategy to increase annual ACV bookings.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop strategies to grow the Strategic Financial Services vertical and customer base.
  • Provide detailed sales forecasting and manage sales metrics for funnel management.
  • Plan and manage strategic and operational initiatives at both levels.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with field teams (Account Development, Solution Engineering, Consulting Services, Customer Success, Channels).
  • Build trusted relationships with corporate teams including industry marketing, product development, product management, and recruiting.
Required Skills/Experience
  • 2nd or 3rd line leadership experience in the strategic financial services segment or industry sales.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining a high‑impact sales organization.
  • Consistently over‑achieved quota and revenue goals.
  • Strong relationships with key stakeholders across the financial services industry.
  • 8+ years of software or application sales experience, preferably IT‑centric solutions or E‑commerce platforms, targeting C‑suite executives.
  • Experience building satisfied, loyal, reference‑able customers.
  • Ability to lead at C‑suite level with Area Vice Presidents, Regional Vice Presidents, Account Executives, and internal leadership.
  • Expertise in a highly matrixed organization and relationship building across functions.
  • Value‑based, customer‑outcome sales approach.
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities.
  • Experience selling cloud‑based enterprise applications is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience (extra credit for extracurricular leadership, military, volunteer experience).

Compensation

Typical base salary range: $239,400 – $320,200 annually. California and New York, and selected metro markets: $263,350 – $352,250 annually. Base salary only; sales roles may have additional bonus, equity, and benefits.
