Brooklyn Cured is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth across Food service, Convenience, and Non-Traditional channels. This role will lead key accounts, expand distributor partnerships, and execute go-to-market strategies that elevate Brooklyn Cured’s premium charcuterie brand.
The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge about charcuterie and the meat industry, CPG sales experience, financial acumen, and a passion for high-quality, artisanal food, with the ability to balance relationship-building and analytical decision-making to deliver profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow accounts across Food service, Convenience, and Specialty channels
, driving distribution and velocity for premium charcuterie products - Build and expand partnerships with key food service distributors
- Develop and grow business within airport retail,
airline catering,
and travel channels
, identifying new opportunities for brand expansion - Lead headquarter calls, sales presentations, and joint business planning with key accounts and distributor partners
- Own and manage financial performance across accounts
, including pricing strategy, promotional planning, margins, and trade spend optimization - Analyze P&L performance, promotional ROI, and customer profitability to inform strategic decisions
- Plan and execute trade promotions, customer programs, and merchandising initiatives aligned with brand and revenue goals
- Identify and close new business opportunities across both traditional and emerging channels
- Manage and align broker and distributor networks
, ensuring strong execution and accountability - Represent Brooklyn Cured at industry trade shows, customer events, and market visits
, building brand awareness and generating leads - Travel regularly to meet with customers, distributors, and internal teams to support business development and execution
- 3+ years of experience in CPG sales, food service, or account management (premium or specialty food preferred)
- Experience working with food service distributors such as Chef’s Warehouse, PFG, Sysco, or US Foods
- Strong background in financial analysis
, including promotions, pricing strategy, margins, and trade spend management - Proven success managing and growing national or regional accounts
- Experience in airline, travel retail, or non-traditional channels is a strong plus
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings, trade shows, and market visits
- Passion for premium food, charcuterie, and brand storytelling
