Key Responsibilities- Manage and expand strategic partnerships from initiation through long-term growth.
- Create and implement partner playbooks and enablement assets to drive adoption.
- Engage with partners through joint calls, events, and regular touchpoints.
- Develop scalable systems for partner onboarding and lead generation.
- Maintain rigorous tracking of partner activities and opportunities in a CRM system.
- 4 years of experience in partnerships, account management, or business development in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong understanding of how financial institutions evaluate and implement technology solutions.
- Exceptional operational skills for managing execution and stakeholder alignment.
- Proficient in managing pipeline and partner activity using CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
