State‑of‑the‑art electronic security and surveillance equipment, highly skilled system design specialists and installation, and a dedicated, knowledgeable and professional service support and management team all combine to provide our customers with the most logical, efficient and cost‑effective security for their home or business.

Responsibilities
  • Researches the market as required to determine potential sales leads.
  • Calls on potential customers to determine their security needs.
  • Visits sites and designs systems that best suit clients’ needs.
  • Conducts tours of Kastle’s facilities for potential customers.
  • Prepares proposals (including pricing) as required and close sales.
  • Keeps abreast of competitor’s activities.
  • Maintains both automated and manual filing systems.
  • Assists Project Management in coordination of service and installation of products sold.
  • Receives leads and sales requests from Client Services and Account Managers.
  • Inputs quotes, contracts and closed sales proposals into CRM software.
Qualifications
  • College degree preferred or comparable professional and/or Kastle experience will be considered.
  • 2-4 years sales experience
  • Demonstrated outstanding sales skills to commercial clients at the executive level.
  • Excellent personal computer skills including a working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, contract management, and e‑mail programs.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and education. Base Range: $71,250-$89,250/yr
