High‑energy, self‑motivated sales professional seeking to grow in beverage distribution. The Sales Relief Representative assists Sales Representatives in expanding the company portfolio and engaging consumers at retail accounts.

• Cover sales routes of Sales Representatives who are unavailable.
• Visit assigned retail accounts to sell volume, increase distribution, monitor price, and maintain shelf space.
• Increase shelf space and positioning for SG Beverage products.
• Maintain product freshness standards by monitoring and rotating stocks.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements.
• Coordinate with credit department to resolve credit issues and collect past‑due balances.
• Build and maintain product displays and install permanent point‑of‑sale items.
• Support daily upkeep of the POS Warehouse.
• Participate in new product launch events, including tastings and samplings.
• Act as a full‑business owner to grow net revenue and drive future growth.

• 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Highly self‑motivated and organized with the ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and team orientation skills.
• Adaptability to change and quickly shifting priorities.
• 1+ year(s) of warehouse, delivery, sales, or merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to grow and lead customer relationships.
• Ability to read invoices, load sheets, job orders and installation instructions, and perform simple math.
• Physical ability to move products (up to 40 lb cases of beer and up to 165 lb draught kegs), hang merchandise, and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and pulling/pushing.
• Previous consumer packaged goods or beverage industry experience preferred.
• Advanced degree (associate, bachelor, etc.) preferred.

• Predominantly sitting and typing; computer use.
• Occasional walking, bending, reaching, standing, stooping.
• Availability for nights, weekends, and other required hours.
• Occasional lifting or lowering of up to 48 lb.
