Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient ‘presales’ and go-to-market professional to join our growing team. As the primary technical expert for our innovative Agent Fleet platform, you will be instrumental from driving the presales process by assisting with our sales team in US, ensuring deployment post sales and tracking customer success through adoption of our AI platform. You will partner with our Sales Executives to understand the intricate challenges faced by prospective clients and articulate the value of our AI platform and solutions.

This role requires a unique blend of deep technical knowledge, a strong understanding of the financial services domain, and exceptional client-facing communication skills.

Agent Fleet is our proprietary, cutting‑edge AI‑powered platform designed to revolutionize how financial services firms operate. It deploys and manages a “fleet” of intelligent agents that automate and augment complex workflows. These agents leverage Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and machine learning to perform tasks such as:

• Automated data extraction and normalization from financial documents. Agent Fleet empowers our clients to enhance productivity, reduce operational risk, and make faster, more informed decisions.
• Intelligent summarization of research reports and earnings calls.
• Support for financial modeling and valuation.
• Real‑time market intelligence gathering and analysis.
• Compliance and risk monitoring.

• Discovery &
  
  Qualification:
  
  Collaborate with the sales team to lead technical discovery sessions, understanding a prospect’s business challenges, existing technology stack, and strategic objectives.
• Product Demonstrations:
  Design and deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that showcase the power and relevance of Agent Fleet to solve specific client problems.
• Solution Architecture:
  Architect and propose viable solutions by mapping client requirements to the capabilities of Agent Fleet. Design integration strategies and define workflows that deliver tangible business value.
• Proof of Concept (POC) Management:
  Lead and manage the execution of Proof of Concepts, from defining success criteria and scope to delivering the final results and demonstrating the value proposition to key stakeholders.
• RFP/RFI/Security Responses:
  Own the technical and functional responses for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires, ensuring accuracy and compelling positioning.
• Technical Liaison:
  Serve as the crucial bridge between the client and Acuity’s internal teams, relaying feedback from the field to Product Management and Engineering to influence the product roadmap.
• Finance Industry Expertise:
  Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape in Finance, emerging AI technologies, and trends within the financial services industry.
• Customer success:
  Maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders and analysts using the platform to ensure adoption of the platform and communicating the successes and key KPI. Try to cross sell into the accounts other relevant product or AI/tech services.
