THE ROLE- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Build and manage a pipeline across mid‑market and enterprise accounts
- Conduct discovery, demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and pilot programmes
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and GTM leadership teams
- Help refine messaging, positioning, and sales strategy
- Play a key role in scaling a high‑growth commercial organisation
- Generate new business opportunities through targeted outbound activity
- Run consultative discovery conversations with senior stakeholders
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to customer challenges
- Manage complex sales cycles through evaluation, procurement, and close
- Build relationships with decision‑makers across operations, risk, compliance, technology, and commercial functions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Share customer insights to influence product development and go‑to‑market initiatives
- Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- 2–5+ years of experience in SaaS sales, fintech, financial services, or a commercially focused technology environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing consultative B2B sales cycles
- Strong discovery, presentation, and objection‑handling skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, compelling way
- Comfortable operating in a high‑growth environment with evolving priorities
- Self‑motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Fintech, SaaS, data, compliance, risk, payments, lending, or financial services experience
- Exposure to technical or analytical buyers
- Experience selling into regulated industries
