Part-Time Seasonal Registration Specialist
We are hiring a Part-Time Seasonal Registration Specialist —one assigned weekday shift (8:00 AM–2:00 PM, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, or 11:00 AM–5:00 PM).
This role serves as the primary point of contact for new families, supporting them through the enrollment and registration process to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
This is a seasonal position with the potential to transition into a year-round role based on performance and program needs. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
Part-time, Monday–Friday. This position will be assigned one consistent daily shift at hire based on program needs. Available shifts include:
- 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally
- Process registration forms, ensuring accurate billing and scheduling
- Follow up with prospective families to support enrollment
- Maintain current knowledge of required forms and documentation
- Track registration progress and generate reports using CRM systems
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote program offerings
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or client support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data entry
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented and adaptable to shifting priorities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual skills are a strong advantage
