Position: Territory Sales Representative Brooklyn Only 2 Positions Available

Job Description

We are building future sales leaders in the security, surveillance, and access control industry. This ground‑floor opportunity is for a Territory Manager in Brooklyn, owning relationships with a wide range of commercial and residential clients.

Your Territory:
Brooklyn
– Entire borough is your territory. You will own relationships with property managers, apartment & mixed‑use buildings, co‑ops & condos, homeowners, retail, restaurants, medical offices, warehouses, churches, schools, daycares, general contractors, electricians, locksmiths, real‑estate firms and facilities managers.

What You’ll Sell – Security camera systems, door buzzer & intercom systems, access control, alarm systems, smart building technology, structured cabling, networking infrastructure.

Career Path – Level 1:
Field Sales Trainee (no experience). Level 2:
Security Consultant (earned, with company leads). Level 3:
Territory Manager (lead reps, train, grow). Presidents’ Club for top performers.

Who We Want – Experience in ADT, Vivint, solar, roofing, pest control, merchant services, telecom, car sales, real estate, B2B, or door‑to‑door sales is a plus. No experience? Start at Level 1, prove yourself on the street. We need self‑motivated, competitive, strong communications, and a professional presence.

Requirements – Reliable transportation (car or transit), valid , smartphone, professional presence, strong communication, self‑motivated, competitive mindset.

Compensation – Base pay $45,000–$90,000+ per year, with appointment bonuses, referral bonuses, sales incentives, leadership incentives, and unlimited advancement.

Key Responsibilities – Prospecting, relationship building, generating opportunities, setting appointments, learning industry, riding‑along with experienced team members.
