Join Doctours as our Growth Marketing Specialist to build and own our creator‑led acquisition engine from the ground up. Working from our New York office, you will hunt for influencers, manage outreach, and scale a UGC program. This is a high‑impact, independent role perfect for a hustle‑oriented marketer ready to drive revenue.

What You Will Do

  • Execute high‑volume cold outreach via DMs and email to pitch, negotiate, and close affiliate and UGC program partnerships.
  • Manage the entire partnership pipeline from initial contact to content activation, ensuring a steady stream of creator‑led customer acquisition.
The ideal candidate
  • Proven track record of building and scaling B2C creator or influencer programs, specifically sourcing talent and running outreach at volume.
  • Deep fluency in Tik Tok’s algorithm and content trends, with the ability to identify creators who drive engagement and conversions.
  • A self‑starter mentality comfortable in an early‑stage startup environment where you thrive on the hunt and independent execution.
