and Responsibilities
- Support the team with lead generation and prospect research to identify new campus partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate with the team on administrative tasks, partner communications, and ad‑hoc projects as needed.
- Assist with onboarding new campus partners onto Trooh’s content management platform.
- Track and maintain partnership data, pipeline activity, and account notes in CRM tools.
- Coordinate conference logistics and preparation, including coordinating with other departments and shipping supplies.
- Host onboarding tutorials for new partners.
- Engage in mass communication with project updates and partner engagement.
- Act as a liaison for our Digital Operations and Finance teams.
- Post‑secondary University/College diploma.
- Entry‑level role with 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- A genuine interest in sales, media, or business development – you don’t need experience, but you need to be eager to learn.
- Strong communication skills – comfortable on the phone, in email, and in person.
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Hub Spot or other CRM experience a plus.
- A self‑starter attitude with high energy, curiosity, and a willingness to take initiative.
