The Opportunity
Drive enterprise pipeline at one of the most strategic categories in security.
Open and develop conversations with senior security leaders at the world’s largest enterprises - and turn them into real, qualified pipeline.
The RoleLead the top-of-funnel motion into a named enterprise territory.
Own outbound strategy into your territory, partner deeply with your AE on account planning, and consistently produce high-quality, sales-accepted pipeline. Set the bar for the BDR team.
This role is for you if- You’ve been a top-performing BDR/SDR in enterprise SaaS, ideally in cybersecurity or infrastructure
- You can build account plans with your AE, not just run plays handed to you
- You know how to break into Fortune 500 accounts and reach senior security buyers
- You write crisp, personalized outbound and you’re excellent on the phone
- You raise the bar around you - you mentor, document plays, and lift the team
- A named enterprise territory and target account list, co-built with your AE
- Outbound strategy into your territory - sequences, plays, and account narratives
- Sales-accepted pipeline and downstream revenue contribution into your territory
- Run sophisticated multi-channel outbound (call, email, Linked In, events) into named enterprise accounts
- Build and maintain joint account plans with your AE and SE
- Qualify inbound from marketing, events, and partners with executive-level rigor
- Run high-quality discovery and book qualified meetings with security leaders, including CISO-level
- Partner with marketing and ops on ABM, plays, sequences, and territory analytics
- Mentor newer BDRs and contribute to the team’s playbook and best practices
- 3+ years as a BDR/SDR in enterprise SaaS, with a clear track record of top-quartile performance
- Demonstrated success breaking into Fortune 500 / large enterprise accounts
- Experience selling to or prospecting CISOs and senior security leaders
- Cybersecurity, identity, or cloud infrastructure experience strongly preferred
- Strong with modern prospecting stack (Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Linked In Sales Navigator, Zoom Info, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication; high ownership and coachability
- Category-defining problem in non-human identity and AI
- Real enterprise traction and Fortune 500 customers
- Clear, fast path into an enterprise AE seat or BDR leadership
