Sales Specialist - PRS

Job Overview

Data & Feeds Sales Specialist – responsible for hunting new prospects and opportunities with new and existing customers, and leading with customer value.

• Identify, pursue, and close deals for pricing and reference data, professional services, and solutions sold to Broker Dealers, Asset Managers, Corporates and other financial institutions.
• Structure deals, leverage market and business acumen to outsell competition, and manage sales pipeline to uncover daily opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical sales engineering, account management, product, marketing, and sales strategy to execute and drive sales execution.
• Provide customer demonstrations and negotiate and close deals to achieve quota and growth.
• Monitor competitors, perform SWOT analyses, and develop strategies for competitive advantage.
• Represent the proposition as a thought leader and internal/external spokesperson.

• 7+ years of experience selling financial data and solutions.
• Outstanding solution selling skills with a proven track record in a quota‑bearing environment.
• Knowledge of the financial services community and competitor landscape.
• Strong presentation, listening, interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Technical knowledge of financial markets mid and back‑office operations.
• Managerial career stage, self‑motivated, results oriented, and able to work to tight deadlines.

Base salary: $120,000 – $200,000 (variable depending on role and location).

Variable incentive compensation plan with target variable pay commensurate with the career stage.
