Broadridge is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to drive growth for our Fi360 solutions across the Retirement and Wealth market. This is a high-impact role focused on selling enterprise software, data, analytics, and designation training to large retirement-focused firms. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them unlock advisor visibility, streamline compensation models, and power growth through better insights.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Own and lead the end-to-end sales cycle for Fi360’s suite of solutions (software, data tools, learning & designation products).
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within both new and existing accounts.
- Present to C-level executives, develop proposals, and lead contract negotiations with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain strong product fluency to align client needs with Fi360 capabilities.
- Expand relationships and cross-sell Broadridge capabilities beyond initial entry points.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Broadridge sales teams to identify enterprise-level opportunities.
- Engage internal stakeholders across legal, finance, product, and leadership to ensure smooth deal execution.
- Represent Broadridge and Fi360 at key industry conferences, events, and forums.
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including 5+ years selling SaaS or technology-based solutions.
- Deep knowledge of the retirement or wealth industry, with a network of senior-level contacts.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding software sales quotas.
- Consultative approach to selling, with the ability to clearly link solutions to business outcomes.
- Comfort navigating large, matrixed organizations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills—confident with both detail and strategy.
- High-level proficiency in tools like Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and Linked In Sales Navigator.
- Strong organizational, time management, and self-motivation skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to drive client engagement and close deals.
- Experience selling data and analytics platforms into enterprise retirement firms.
- Exposure to advisor compensation platforms or BI/aggregation tools.
- The ability to think like a business operator—not just a seller.
Salary range $- $ USD. Commission Eligible.
