The Insurance Practice is looking for a Property & Casualty (P&C) Sales Executive in the Northeast. This is an Individual Contributor role focused on new logos and select existing strategic clients within the IT Consulting Services arena. The ideal candidate will have experience in solution-based systems integration, IT solution engagements, and professional services, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding annual quotas of $6 million+ in the P&C insurance industry.

Specific Duties
- Sell services solutions to clients within the P&C Insurance industry, including Application Outsourcing, Application Development, Infrastructure Services, Data, AI, and related IT services.
- Execute goals and strategies within the sales area.
- Target larger and national accounts with optional global operations.
- Maintain typical contact at senior IT management level, with occasional exposure to CIO and CTO decision makers.
- 6+ years of net new logo sales experience selling IT Solutions or Professional Services to P&C Insurance clients.
- 10 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or managed services.
- At least 7 years in a Sales or new business development role, with 5+ years selling into insurance services organizations.
- BS Degree or equivalent working experience.
- Previous experience with a System Integration or Management Consulting company.
- Sells complex managed services, full IT Outsourcing solutions, application services, and industry vertical solutions, including regulatory compliance, digital, mobile, transformational, managed services, application management/support, ERP (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
- Demonstrated ability and success at meeting and/or exceeding annual quotas of $6 million+.
- Experience selling to P&C Insurance Companies.
- Strategic agility to interface and influence multiple C‑level executives within the customer organization.
- Sponsor and institutionalize innovative ways of working to meet customer needs and sales objectives.
- Guided by brand and NTT DATA overall sales strategies.
- Model organizational and industry standards in achieving sales goals.
- Sell to large national and global accounts.
- Typical contact at CEO, CIO, and CTO level decision makers.
- Anticipate market and competitive factors that influence the selling of NTT DATA services.
- Excellent insurance (P&C) and service solution knowledge.
- Excellent understanding of the customer’s decision‑making process, goals, objectives, and strategies.
- Excellent business and financial acumen.
- Excellent ability to assess potential sales opportunities and develop value propositions.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
