Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech sector.
  • Developing customized targeted sales strategies to optimize market share and profitability.
  • Building business relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific needs, and providing tailored solutions.
  • Cold calling potential clients, presenting our company and products, and converting leads into sales.
  • Managing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborating with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to understand and promote our company's product offerings.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary, using CRM systems.
  • Participating in industry events and conferences, representing the company professionally and positively.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, lead generation, and account management.
  • Exceptional cold calling skills with a persistent, yet professional, 'hunter' attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
